1. WELCOME TO ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2012

Organised by HKF TRADE FAIRS, ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2012 will be held in Turkey from 14 June 2012 to 17 June 2012 at Istanbul Expo Center.

ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2012 will cover every stage of the industry from animal feed through to finished products and all under one roof just as in previous years. This is the 9th occasion when trade visitors, trade associations and cooperatives will come together to see the very latest developments in products and services that the industry has to offer.

Meat processing, dairy processes, sheep and goat breeds, correction and breeding programmes, protective veterinary medicine and stock health, new designs for cattle sheds and milking parlours and associated equipment, raw material production and feed storage, milking and cooling technologies, production and logistics, environmentally friendly solar and wind energy solutions, management and consultancy services are just some of the participants’ activities as highlighted by online registration and in the trade media. But most important of all is that ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2012, by presenting the latest in products and services provides the opportunity for bringing together the sector’s professionals, both domestic and from overseas, so as to forge new business links and open up new markets and opportunities.
By exhibiting every stage of the industry gives producers the unique opportunity to see world products first hand and to get to know their manufactures and providers making it a meeting point for business links.

ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2011, 184 companies participated of which 90 were local and 94 were from overseas.

5,662 national, 1,169 international, total of 6,831 professional visitors attended ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2011.

ANIMALIA ISTANBUL is the first and only international cattle and technologies fair in Turkey and the region to carry UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) Approved Event certification. SEAEXPO TURKEY 2012 is the only international trade fair in Istanbul for aquaculture and seafood products, fishery and technologies.
